These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Healing Mat website, account, Free Trial and paid membership.
By creating an account, registering for a Free Trial or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A person who has already used a Free Trial is not automatically entitled to another Free Trial.
THM may refuse or withdraw a Free Trial where it reasonably believes that the offer is being misused.

A THM membership provides access to the Daily Classes and other benefits included with the membership purchased by you.
The membership period begins according to the membership start date selected during purchase and the applicable membership terms.

A membership does not automatically renew unless THM specifically offers an automatic-renewal arrangement and you agree to it.
Members receive access to Daily Classes according to their membership and the schedule made available by The Healing Mat.
The schedule, timing, format, content or availability of particular Daily Classes may change from time to time.
THM may modify, replace or discontinue a particular class, program or resource where reasonably necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services included with your membership.
The Healing Mat does not promise that a particular trainer, class, topic or session will always be available.
The Healing Mat provides yoga, movement, relaxation and wellness practices for general health and wellbeing.
Our Daily Classes, programs, videos, guides and other resources are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
The Healing Mat does not claim to:
Yoga and physical activity may involve risks, including discomfort, strain or injury.
You are responsible for considering whether a particular activity is appropriate for your health and ability.
If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, have been advised to restrict physical activity, or have another health concern, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before participating where appropriate.
You should practise within your own ability and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, chest pain or other concerning symptoms.
Nothing provided by The Healing Mat creates a doctor-patient or other medical relationship.

Membership prices will be displayed before payment.

A successful payment does not necessarily mean that your membership begins immediately if you have selected a future membership start date.
Membership cancellation and refunds are governed by The Healing Mat's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eligible users may receive a permanent Personal THM Access Link associated with their account.
The link is intended for the individual account holder.
You must not intentionally share your Personal THM Access Link to provide unauthorised access to another person.
THM may restrict access where an account or access link is being misused.
The Healing Mat's website, Daily Classes, videos, photographs, graphics, written material, guides, programs, logos, trademarks and other content belong to THM or are used with appropriate rights.
Your membership gives you permission to use the applicable content for your personal, non-commercial use during the permitted access period.
